We loved this place! The dishes are good, good, not excellent but delicious, fresh and very well beautifully presented. But the servuce is so excellent and good. The good atmosphere this place provide is astonishing. I will definitely come back, fast becoming my favorite in Sunway.

Came here with family and we ordered a few dishes. They were all good sized for sharing. Very authentic Thai food and staff were Thai too. So it felt like being in Thailand for a while. We truly enjoyed all dishes. Definitely recommended. Parking is relatively easy but for a small fee.

The restaurant has nice ambiance for dining and drinking. However the food is not so value for your money. Don't expect much meat or prawns or vegetables from any individual meals. You'll get a big portion of noodles or rice with VERY LITTLE condiments for that premium price. Waiter were rather UNHAPPY when you decide to order individual meals or even mineral water. Food taste could have been better but rather quite disappointing.

Food is really terrible, their seafood and meat products are frozen and food is really expensive. Other than the environment, this place is not worth going. Go for Thai Thai or absolute Thai in Sunway pyramid which are a better option than this place.

Attended a seminar there. Surprisingly good. Meeting rooms pretty decent and serves the purpose. Wide stretch of selection at the buffet table. Well kept facility. Toilets well kept.

Excellent Authentic Thai food.. Every bite and every slurps was heavenly.. It made our sons birthday party an evening forever in our memories. This place is a must go.. They have another outlet in Bangsar Shopping Complex.. That is equally awesome.

Authentic Thai food, run by clearly a selection of Thai staff and chef. Food was amazingly good and decent portions at a beautiful comfortable atmosphere. Only dish that was smaller than expected was the tomyum soup.Brought my wife here for her birthday and the dishes were as close to Thailand as possible :) obviously some toned down chilli & flavours, but I'm pretty sure if you ask them nicely they'll whip out the real deal!Above average price for a meal out but in my opinion, the best I've had in PJ area so far!

Hmm... Good deco, BUT, food is at best so so. River prawn over fried.Asparagus is tiny mini.Lots of msg, drinks and soup are way overpriced.I went there knowing that it's an expensive place but expect a fair deal.

Best thai food in klang valley

The food is nice, environment is nice and service is very friendly. I do recommend tomyum fish red soup and the coconut water chestnuts. The rate is fantastic. I love it.

The food and the service is pretty good. Possibly the best Thai place around. It's the same chain as absolute thai and Thai Thai but busaba is the best out of their entire chain.

Nice food but no real thailand taste

Good hotel and attached to shopping mall and minimart, also local food stall. The hotel room was clean and free WiFi has high speed connection. You can find free wifi along the street close to the hotels. Food also nice, for Muslim that perform fasting during Ramadhan, the hotel cafè start open at 04.30 so still enough time for breakfast before dawn praying call (adzan subuh).

Staff is not attentive and impatient. Acknowledged our requests but quickly forgets it, always require us to remind them again. Food is good but rather disappointing, since you could get better tasting and portion at other place in KL Selangor at similiar or lower price.

Worth every penny!

Very beautiful and cozy environment, the interior design is stunning, but it's a bit too dark at the corner seats. The food is great, very authentic Thai style. The staffs are friendly and very prompt on food serving. Great place for friends to gather for special occasions only, a bit pricey overall.

Absolutlely loved this restaurant. The interior deco creates a romantic and cosy ambience.There is an inner and outer dining area. Innet dining area has more comfy sofa for a romantic meal while the outer seating near the window provides more formal dining for corporate dining.The food lives up to its billing as one of the top Thai restaurants in Kuala Lumpur. Prices are reasonable and not too pricey.Service is very good and the staff is mostly Thai nationals.The squid with lime juice and river prawns with glass noodles is a must try. Too delicious to describe in words. We also had the crab starter, fried egg with oyster and asparagus with prawns. All 3 of us were stuffed happy for a Saturday dinner among best friends.Definitely recommend Busaba for a quiet meal with your loved one or family.Great food, great ambience and a great Thai restaurant

We had a great experience at busaba thai. The food was tasty.. serving size not bad.. and the ambience was great for a romantic lunch/dinner or a day out with friends... It is of course pricier than many thai eateries but that is understandable....

Pretty good food for a halal place. I ordered Thai favourites like lime steamed fish, green curries, Tom yum going etc. All was good quality and authentic. Nice environment but a little too dark. Some of us couldn’t see what we were eating and pretty pricey.

The spa is tucked away in the rain forest but well worth the walk. The balinese massage is wonderful.

I would not recommend it for staying. The cleaner stole from my room and the hotel management did not know about him even after I report the kept saying that is impossible to happen .I claim to do more investigation then they found it with him.That was worst hotel ever.

Horrible waiters. Ordered Tom yum goong but came Tom yum chicken after 1 hour AND IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER! Useless restaurant manager who obviously never control the staff or the service. AVOID THIS PLACE.

What a very beautiful restaurant with great food and service. The decor alone will amaze you, after that it's the food which taste very authentic and true to Thai tradition. Cane here for lunch with my partner and we weren't disappointed at all, in fact it went beyond our expectations. Prices quoted on menu already included all the taxes, for a restaurant of this class, we find the price is very reasonable. If there's one thing missing, it's pork! Then again, being in Malaysia, j can understand why many restaurants choose not to serve that, so it's no issue.
